HOLIDAY DEADLINES

Will my gift arrive by Christmas?

The deadline to order a gift for arrival by Christmas is Friday, December 8thh. Any orders placed after that time will still be shipped, but not guaranteed for Christmas arrival.

Will my gift arrive by New Year’s Day?

The deadline to order a gift for arrival by New Years is Wednesday, December 20th. Any orders placed after that time will still be shipped, but not guaranteed for New Year’s Eve arrival. Please note special ordering times on certain products, such as etched wine.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

I am looking for a corporate gift company. What is your specialty?

You are in the right place! We are a corporate gifting company. We have been catering to busy professionals since 1999.

What If I have a large order to multiple addresses?

You can download our order form here. Please send it to customerservice@aclassycase.com and we will contact you to finalize your order the same business day or the next business day if ordered after 4 PM Monday-Friday.

How soon does my gift ship out?

During the holidays, most gifts ship out within 1-2 business days. Orders received by 10 AM PST will most likely ship out the same business day (holiday time takes 2 business days to ship out). Please note special production times on certain products, such as etched wine.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we cannot change or cancel an order.

Are gifts refundable?

No.

What happens if I give you an incorrect or undeliverable address?

You will be charged a re-delivery fee in addition to the original shipment fee.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

No. We require a physical address.

 

Can you ship international?

No. We only ship in the United States.

 

Do you have a recommendation for selecting the shipment times?

Yes. All gifts are shipped from California. To see the transit times for shipments, click here.

How can I reach someone if I have further questions?

WINE ORDERS

What are the requirements for ordering wine?

You must select that you certify that you are over 21 and that the recipient you ship to is over 21.

Are there certain states that I cannot send wine?

Here are the states where wine cannot be sent: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota and Utah

How do you process wine orders?

We work with affiliates to send out wine gift baskets and etched wine bottles. We have sourced our products with top rated companies who have high ratings. A Classy Case receives a commission on these orders.
